Partner with industry leaders like Johnstone Supply Denver, Bosch, Daikin, Fujitsu, and local contractors for hands-on, high-quality instruction. You can also host in-field work experiences to meet and recruit skilled trainees.

EEBC (Energy Efficiency Business Coalition) has been instrumental in offering accessible training programs. For instance, their support for certifications like the 608 Certification (for HVAC technicians working with refrigerants) and NATE (North American Technician Excellence) helps technicians become better qualified to work in the field of energy efficiency.
250 students have gone through the EEBC’s online, free training programs, providing much-needed technical skills that are crucial for transitioning to energy-efficient technologies.
